Personal Profile


Born in Ipoh Perak year 1960.

Obtain my primary education at SK Cator Avenue in Ipoh.

Obtain my secondary education at SMK Jalan Siliban, Ipoh and St Michael Institution, Ipoh, Perak.

Obtain my Teacher Training Certificate in Maktab Perguruan Kuala Trengganu and was posted to serve in Ulu Entabai Julau, Sarikai Sarawak for 5 years.

Obtain my degree in University Science Malaysia and venture into private sector.  Worked in some major companies – Seagate, Solectron, SMT Technologies, Adaptive Micro Systems, Shah Poornam Metals etc.

Obtain my Master in Business Administration  in University Utara Malaysia.

During my school days, I have represented Perak in Razak Cup and active sportsman.  I had also been involved in squash during my school days as a social sports.

In 2010 I had been elected as the Treasurer for Kedah Squash Association.  During my period we were able to secure funds from CIMB for Squash Junior development squash in the state. The Kedah association has also able to secure 2 foreign coaches to assist our Junior Development program.

At SUKMA, I had been the team manager for the squash Kedah contingent for the last 2 series.  In 2012, the Kedah team girls won bronze and in 2014, the girls team won gold.

In 2013, was elected as a Committee Member of Squash Racquet Association of Malaysia.  Presently heading the Seeding and Ranking Committee, member of the coaching Committee and Treasurer Committee.
